What is Equinox?
Equinox is an astronomical event that the plant of earth's equator passed through the sun. Moreover, during this equinox, the duration between day and night is approximately equal for all over the earth. This event occurs twice a year. Equinox is also the signal to show the change of the season. First, around 21 until 23 of March, and second time around 21 until 23 of September.
During this event, if you go to visit Angkor Wat, you will see an amazing sunrise which the sun will be rise in the middle peak of Angkor Wat temple. There are 2 main events for the world, for the sun will be rise on the peak of Pyramid, and when the light shine on the Chichen Itza of Peru, the shadow will show the full body and head of the snake.
